How to begin?
Review – Take a look with us
Start with a complimentary 1hour in-home consultation. Show us your home and the areas you need help getting organized. We use this time to get to know you, your lifestyle and objectives for each space. We will discuss the timeline of the project, supplies and budget.

What happens next?
Redesign – Design a space that fits your needs and budget
Once we have a clear vision of the goals and objectives, we can recommend a package, take some measurements, and discuss necessary products. Upon a signed and paid for contract, a work schedule will be provided, outlining the timeline of your project.

Do I have to be home to work with you?
Relax – Do as much or as little as you would like
Absolutely not! Many clients prefer to just have it done, and are simply too busy! It’s completely up to you. It’s always helpful to have input in the editing/decluttering phase, after which, we can work alone, or you can be part of the entire process.
The choice is yours!
My house is a disaster! Should I clean up before you come?
Reassured – No judgement guarantee!
Please don’t… Allowing us to see your home the way it is, helps identify challenges and areas of need, without judgement!
We are here to help you reclaim your space!
Will you dispose of the items I don't want to keep?
Remove & Recycle – You have the final say about every item
We like to recycle and repurpose whenever possible. With sensitivity and without judgement, we will work with you to sort and declutter your possessions. That being said, we all still have items that need to be disposed of or donated. We will take up to 6 bags to be recycled or donated at no extra charge. We love to utilize local charity drop-off services wherever possible. Only after all repurposing options are exhausted will we opt for garbage disposal.

Do you do all the shopping for containers / bins? What if I want to do the shopping myself?
Rely – Together we can get the job done
You are welcome to shop yourself, rely on us to source the products with you, or we can take care of the whole process. Once we have a clear vision of your budget, style, product preferences, and number of items needed, we can get started. Receipts will always be provided.

What if I need to cancel an appointment at the last minute?
Reschedule – We understand things can happen unexpectantly
In order to respect our clients’ schedules and our own, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule appointments. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the session fee. In the event the client is late, we will wait 15 minutes before leaving and the client will be charged for the full session.
Time is important to each of us!
Shelley and Lynda were very efficient, and pleasant to deal with. They took a space that was feeling very overwhelming to me and made it look very clean, organized and refreshed. AND they even took away the old containers and items I no longer needed for donations!
